Service Description

This 90-minute class will cover more detailed areas of communication and conflict management, with special emphasis on stress management and emotion regulation. Couples will learn to self- and co-regulate while increasing daily connection and friendship.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please send an email to crystal.c.mccall@gmail.com at least seven days prior to the event. Payments for cancellations with notice (at least seven days in advance) can be used toward a future class. There are no refunds or transfer of payments for late notice cancellations (less than seven days) or no shows. Thank you for understanding.
