Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy

PE has the strongest evidence and support for reducing PTSD symptoms. It is a time limited treatment, typically 8-15 weekly sessions. In PE, an individual confronts safe but feared situations in a gradual manner in order to decrease distress over time. PE clients can expect a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment with Crystal.
Marriage & Family Classes
$150/90MIN CLASS (Per Couple)
Marriage University (MU) is coming to Summerville, SC this January 2024! Focusing on marriage and family connection and growth, this course-based program will offer classes in foundation skills, intimacy, finance, stress- and emotion-regulation, parenting, and more! Class space is limited. Please register before the deadline.
